How to Sign Up for Service

To get started, you must live within our service territory and apply for membership in the co-op. Applicants may be required to pay a deposit and any other applicable fees at the time of application.

A social security number is required to complete our online application. A government issued photo ID can be used to apply in person at our office. For commercial consumers, a federal tax ID is required to apply.

Once submitted, we will review your application and contact you by phone or email to complete your membership and notify you of any deposits or fees associated with starting service. Any applications received on weekends, holidays, or after 3pm on a business day are processed the following business day.

How to Stop Service

Fill out the form below to stop your service. You may still receive PVREA member credit(s) from your membership. Please remember to keep us updated on address changes to receive future member credits.

If you are stopping service for a deceased person, please call us or email service@pvrea.coop.

Are You Moving Locations In Our Service Territory?

To transfer service for a move within our service territory, please fill out the form to Stop Service at your current address. Then fill out the form to Start Service for your new address.
